Each top is unique. Figure, color, grain, and natural characteristics vary from piece to piece.

Product photos are taken under natural daylight or in our photo room. The surface may be lightly wetted with alcohol to simulate the appearance under a clear finish.

Due to differences in lighting, camera settings, monitors, and the natural appearance of dry versus finished wood, the color may appear different in person than in product photographs.

Before purchasing, customers are welcome to request additional photos or videos of the product.
Hybrid & Dyed Tops

Hybrid and dyed tops may contain stabilized natural cracks, voids, or defects filled with epoxy resin.
Wood Movement

Wood is a natural material and may react to changes in temperature and humidity during shipping and storage.

Minor movement, cupping, checking, or dimensional changes caused by environmental conditions are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for proper acclimatization before machining or use.
Returns & Claims

Any shipping damage or significant issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, clear photographs depicting the issue or damage.

Products that have been machined, cut, glued, finished, or otherwise modified cannot be returned or replaced.

We are not responsible for damage caused during machining, woodworking, finishing, or any other processing performed by the customer.

Replacement of any product is offered solely at our discretion and does not constitute an admission that the original product was defective.
Product Reservation

Selected items are reserved for 5 days unless otherwise agreed.

Unpaid reserved items may be released back into inventory without notice.
